Sarwin HR Agency – Job Seekers
This Job Seeker Pricing & Policy governs the terms under which job seekers access recruitment-related services provided by Sarwin HR Agency. By registering, making payment, and using the Agency’s services, job seekers agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Job seekers are required to pay a membership fee of ₹199 to access Sarwin HR Agency services. The membership is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of activation. Profile creation and job application features are enabled only after successful payment. The amount collected is treated as a service fee for providing job application access and recruitment support.
Once the membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund or adjustment shall be provided in cases of non-selection, inactivity, or early discontinuation of services during the membership period.
During the active membership period, job seekers may apply to multiple companies based on job availability, eligibility criteria, and employer requirements. All applications are processed in accordance with standard recruitment procedures.
Job seekers must ensure that all personal, educational, and professional information submitted is accurate and genuine. If any false, misleading, or incorrect information is identified, Sarwin HR Agency reserves the right to cancel the membership immediately without any refund.
Job seekers are expected to follow all platform rules, application guidelines, and professional communication standards. Any misuse of the service or violation of guidelines may result in suspension or permanent cancellation of membership without refund.
Sarwin HR Agency provides job application support, profile management, and recruitment-related assistance. The membership fee is charged as a service fee for these services. Candidate profiles are shared with employers based on suitability and job requirements. Interview scheduling, selection, and hiring decisions are handled solely by the respective employers.
Communication related to interviews, selection status, and job offers is managed by the employer. Sarwin HR Agency may assist with coordination where required but does not influence or guarantee hiring decisions.
Job seeker information is used strictly for recruitment purposes and may be shared with potential employers as part of the hiring process. Sarwin HR Agency handles all personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection practices.
Sarwin HR Agency reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services, policies, or membership structure at any time without prior notice.
This Job Seeker Pricing & Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts therein.
