These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of services provided by Sarwin HR Agency to job seekers (“Candidate”). By registering, making payment, uploading personal details, or using any services offered by the Agency, the Candidate agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
By registering, making payment, uploading details, or using any services provided by Sarwin HR Agency, the Candidate confirms acceptance of and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Candidates must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal, educational, and professional information during registration. Access to candidate services is enabled only after successful membership activation, as per the applicable pricing policy.
All information submitted by Candidates must be true, correct, and current. If any false, misleading, or incomplete information is identified at any stage, Sarwin HR Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Candidate’s membership without refund.
Candidate services are provided strictly for genuine job search purposes. Candidates must use the platform responsibly, ethically, and professionally when applying for jobs or communicating with employers.
Interview calls, selection processes, offer letters, employment terms, and final hiring decisions are managed directly by employers. Sarwin HR Agency may assist in coordination but does not control employer decisions or employment outcomes.
Candidates are required to maintain professional behavior during interviews and employer communications. Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of access to services.
Candidates shall not misuse the platform for spamming, solicitation, false commitments, misleading information, or any unlawful activity. Such actions may result in permanent suspension without prior notice.
Sarwin HR Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate Candidate access in cases of policy violations, misuse of services, or non-compliance with guidelines, without any obligation for refund or compensation.
Candidates consent to the use, storage, and sharing of their profile information with potential employers strictly for recruitment purposes. Sarwin HR Agency handles candidate data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection norms.
Sarwin HR Agency is not responsible for employer actions, interview outcomes, salary negotiations, workplace conditions, employment continuity, or termination after joining.
Sarwin HR Agency reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts therein.
